Bulgarian Maxim Behar elected ICCO Vice President

Maxim Behar, globally recognized PR expert, CEO of leading Bulgarian PR consultancy M3 Communications Group, inc. and Hill+Knowlton Strategies Chairman for Czech Republic was elected ICCO Vice President at the recent Board meeting in Paris, BAPRA (Bulgarian PR Association) announced today. Maxim is currently BAPRA Board member and its former Chairman of the Board.

Maxim is also Honorary Consul of Seychelles in Bulgaria.

International Communications Consultancy Organization (ICCO) is the largest communications community in the world having as members almost 1 600 PR firms from Europe, Asia, Africa, The Americas and Australia. was Maxim has been a Treasurer of ICCO for the past 3 years and now he is replacing Jean-Leopold Schuybroek, long term PR professional from Belgium and one of the founders of ICCO. The new executive Committee of ICCO also includes President David Gallagher, Andrey Barannikov, who replaces Maxim as Treasurer and Francis Ingham, who will be Chief executive of the organization.
