Westinghouse and BBLF Discussion - Energy Security and Affordability Through Energy Diversity
The discussion "Energy Security and Affordability Through Energy Diversity" was organized by the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum, in cooperation with Westinghouse Electric Company. More than 20 diplomats attended the event - between them the ambassadors of Japan, Korea, Ireland and representatives from the British, Spanish, German, Norwegian, Turkish and Chinese embassies. The Deputy Chief of Mission and the Commercial Counselor of the US embassy in Sofia took part in the discussion as well. More than 60 business leaders also participated actively in the meeting - CEO's of major international investors and big local companies. "It was great honor to host this meeting and to show to our members one more interesting and beneficial investment project. We can assume that Westinghouse's presence on the Bulgarian market will create much better business environment and will contribute to the business of all our members and will be beneficial for Bulgarians in general", said Iravan Hira, Chair BBLF. The discussion was moderated by Maxim Behar, founder and two terms Chair of BBLF. "We were happy to participate in this meeting and to hear the opinion of the business leaders, and also give proper answers to all their questions and comments on the topic.", said Michael Kirst, VP Strategy and External Affairs WEC.
