As a PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing international and local companies' reputation and image through creative communication strategies and targeted public relations efforts.

The ideal candidate must have:

• At 2 years of proven previous professional experience in the PR, advertising or marketing field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of corporate culture;
• Creative thinking and copywriting;
• In-depth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines;
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
• Experience in crisis communication management is highly desirable;
• Fluent knowledge of Bulgarian and English;
• A Bachelor or Master's degree in PR, Marketing or Advertising will be considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Your main responsibilities will include to:

• Develop and execute creative communication plan to enhance a company's brand image and reputation;
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with present and potential clients, media, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure;
• Plan and coordinate media events, product launches, conferences, etc., and prepare budgets;
• Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, website content;
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Manage different teams to provide the smooth execution of various communication projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

The main daily duties will include:

• tracing and analyzing important information from TV, radio, print and online news sources
