M3 Communications Group, Inc. launches Plastic Free Office campaign

In M3 Communications Group, Inc. we decided to take action to eliminate the disposable plastic in our office under the motto Plastic Free Office and a special logo. Through the initiative, our team will join the effective implementation of European regulations to reduce plastic pollution in our country.

The Plastic Free Office project aims to permanently reduce the use of plastic products in our office and progressive elimination of single-use plastic cutlery, plates, cups, straws, bottles, food boxes and bags by the end of 2022. Its implementation will encourage a change in the behavior of our entire team at work and in their personal lives in the direction of reducing pollution of the environment.

With the project launch we set specific steps for introduction of alternative environmentally friendly office supplies, daily accessories, plastic recycling bins, information boards,  manuals, as well as interesting activities with prizes to motivate our employees.

"This project is another important step on our way to becoming a more sustainable company. Many organizations understand the need to take action, but this change must happen today, not tomorrow. That's why we are excited to find more solutions to reduce plastics in our daily lives, and we also hope that our example will influence our clients and partners," said Maxim Behar, CEO of M3 Communications Group, Inc.

Over the years, we have partnered with various NGOs and organized many CSR activities with our partners and clients, and last year our company was officially licensed as a "Non-Discrimination Company". Since the beginning of the pandemic, our team provided its professional services to NGOs free of charge in order to effectively communicate key messages for health and safety to the most vulnerable groups. We are also an active member of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF), among the founders of the first Bulgarian Diversity Charter, which promotes diversity, equality and the sharing of good practices between companies in this regard.
