Bulgarian Delegation Shared Impressions from Visit to Kyiv at the Invitation of President Zelensky
September, 2025The visit of a Bulgarian delegation to Kyiv, carried out at the invitation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, was the main topic of a press conference organized by M3 Communications Group, Inc. The participants had the opportunity to share their impressions from the events in the Ukrainian capital, with the special participation of the Ambassador of Ukraine to Bulgaria, H.E. Olesia Ilashchuk.
At the celebrations of Ukraine’s Independence Day and the Prayer Breakfast in Kyiv, Bulgaria was represented by Solomon Passy, Velizar Shalamanov, Ivan Anchev, Maxim Behar, Todor Tagarev, and Svetoslav Ivanov. Their presence at these significant events was supported by the Ukrainian Ambassador, who expressed her deep gratitude to them and to all friends of Ukraine for their solidarity and support.
A key highlight of the event was the shared impressions of the Bulgarian representatives of the strong mobilization and patriotism of the Ukrainian people, who, despite the tragedy of war, continue to defend justice and the right to peace and freedom. Solomon Passy noted that he has been in conflict zones around the world but has never witnessed such a level of national spirit and unity as in Ukraine.
Maxim Behar, CEO of M3 Communications Group, Inc., emphasized that the presence of former ministers in the Bulgarian delegation was highly appreciated, adding: “The name of Bulgaria is spoken with great respect in Ukraine. What we are doing is not only symbolic but also a concrete expression of support.”
