BTL Industries, the leading manufacturer of medical equipment in Bulgaria, announced an impressive 30% growth in production and ambitious plans to expand its team in Bulgaria. In response to this massive growth, our #М3DreamTeam took on the entire organization and implementation of the employer branding communication campaign “BTL is the right place for you”. The campaign achieved impressive results: it reached thousands of people, attracted over 100 new talented professionals, and successfully achieved the key goal of the BTL team to reach 800 people by the end of the summer.
