A year of triumphs: BTL Industries sends off a record-breaking 2025 with a series of prestigious awards

For the inspiring team of BTL Industries, who #M3DreamTeam is honored to work side by side with, 2025 was marked by exceptional achievements, innovations, and strategic growth. The company not only consolidated its leading position but also set new standards in the industry in Bulgaria.
At the end of the summer, following the official opening of its new production facility in Plovdiv, BTL Industries exceeded its ambitious goal by expanding its team to over 800 people. This cemented the company's role as one of the key employers in Plovdiv, investing in its most valuable asset – its people.
As proof of this, the BTL Industries team was named the best team in Bulgaria for 2025 in the 18th edition of the “Manager of the Year” awards and won the most prestigious team award in Bulgaria, “Team of the Year”.
Later, Forbes Innovation Awards recognized BTL Industries' new factory as one of the top three most impressive green innovations in Bulgaria for 2025. The company received recognition for its targeted investments in manufacturing innovation and energy efficiency.
In December, BTL Industries was recognized for the 11th time as a true leader in the manufacturing industry in Bulgaria with the True Leaders award from ICAP CRIF. BTL also ranked among the top 3 largest machinery and equipment companies in Bulgaria according to Capital 100 and was among the finalists in this year's “Factory of the Year 2025”.
To conclude the year, BTL Industries' new production facility, opened in June, was named Building of the Year. The award was given in the “High-Tech Production Buildings” category as part of the national “Building of the Year 2025” awards.
