Rumyana Panayotova Appointed Creative Director of M3 Communications Group, Inc.

M3 Communications Group, Inc. has created a new position – Creative Director – to be taken on by Rumyana Panayotova, a professional with over five years of experience in visual communication, digital, and marketing design.

The role is a natural step in the agency’s development and reflects the growing importance of visual content and creative solutions in modern communications.

Rumyana has been part of the M3 Communications Group, Inc. team for more than three years, starting in the Graphic Design and Visual Identity department and gradually establishing herself as a key contributor to the creative process. She has developed creative concepts and visual strategies for a wide range of clients and industries. As a Senior Graphic Designer, she has worked on numerous projects and campaigns, including award-winning work recognized at the BAPRA Bright Awards.

In her role as Creative Director, she will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of projects and further developing the agency’s creative processes, in close collaboration with other teams. She will also play an active role in the development of campaigns and new business opportunities, while continuing to contribute her expertise as a designer.

Rumyana is a graduate of the Bulgarian National School of Fine Arts “Iliya Petrov” and later of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She continues to develop her interest in contemporary design, digital trends, and content creation. Prior to joining M3 Communications Group, Inc., she held the position of Marketing Graphic Designer in various Bulgarian companies, where she worked on marketing campaigns, advertising visuals, and content for social media and events, as well as on the development of a wide range of visual materials—from digital banners to outdoor advertising.
