Summer Flies on Schedule with Wizz Air … and M3 Communications Group, Inc.

Summer is a time for travel, new horizons, and carefree moments. To ensure that the journeys of thousands of Bulgarian passengers are seamless, our long-standing client, Wizz Air, officially kicked off the summer season in Bulgaria. With a record-breaking summer schedule from Bulgaria and two key media events, the airline proved that despite global challenges, this year, “Summer Flies on Schedule with Wizz Air”.

On June 15, Wizz Air and Varna Airport celebrated two major achievements – the allocation of Wizz Air’s third based aircraft at Varna Airport and Bulgaria’s first predominantly electric ground handling turnaround for a WIZZ airline. The special flight from Budapest received a celebratory welcome, and passengers were surprised with fragrant lavender oil souvenirs.

On June 16, Wizz Air turned its focus to the capital, bringing together nearly 30 leading journalists from national, business, tech, travel, and lifestyle outlets for a media breakfast.

Salvatore Gabriele Imperiale, Corporate Communications Manager at Wizz Air responsible for Bulgaria, presented the details of the airline's summer 2026 schedule, which sets a record as the largest in Wizz Air’s history in Bulgaria – featuring a total of 71 routes to 20 countries from Bulgaria, including 39 routes directly from Sofia.
