In 2026, BTL Industries further strengthened its position as one of Bulgaria's leading industrial and technology companies by winning the first prizes for Company of the Year – Manufacturing and Company of the Year – Healthcare categories at the 15th anniversary edition of the Forbes Business Awards. These recognitions highlight the company's contribution to high-tech manufacturing, innovation in healthcare, and Bulgaria's growing reputation as a global hub for the development and production of advanced medical devices.

Just a few weeks later, BTL Industries received the prestigious Investor of the Year 2025 award from the Bulgarian Investment Agency. The distinction recognized the company's investment of more than 51 million EUR in its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Plovdiv – the largest Czech industrial investment in Bulgaria, as well as the creation of more than 700 new jobs in the region.
