Jacqueline Wagenstein holds a master's degree in Culturology and Philology from the Sorbonne and a PhD in Human science from Inalco and New Bulgarian University. In her career, she has been a curator of European festivals and an active partner in the teams of various cultural institutes, including the French National Book Center and the International Bureau of French Publishing. Since 2005 she has been Director of Colibri Publishers. She was Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the Bulgarian Book Association, working in the “International Activity” Department, and a Member of the Advisory Board of the National Book Center. Jacqueline is Director and founder of the one-of-a-kind Cinelibri film and literature festival. She is the creator of the media platform ArtAction and of the cultural events space KazaLibri.
